Jim Bryden of Placitas, NM and grandson of Inez, says "Inez's first husband died about 1942 in Napa, California. She then married Jim Venables. He died sometime in the 1950s. Inez lived with Manuel Fagundes, a Napa County rancher of Portugues descent, for many years. They never maried. She married again for the third and last time in the early 1990s to Carl Valencia, who was a suitor during her high school days in competition with Peter Yenni. Inez died in the 1990s as did Carl. Their marriage was news in northern California newspapers because it's not very often that a pair of 89-year-olds find each other again after over 70 years and get married."
