Show Details Shared Note: - Larry is the son of Helen and L. Stanley Gallagher. He lived in Medford through 1954, graduating from Medford High School in 1949 and then attending the University of Maine, Boston University, and Bently School of Accounting in Boston.

He was a sergeant in the Army from 1952 to 1954. From 1955 to 1976, Larry practiced Public Accounting. In 1976 he became the Town Auditor for the Town of Holliston, Mass. and in 1989 the Town Accountant for the Town of Mansfield, Mass.

Larry and Joan lived in Holliston, Mass. from 1960 until his retirement in 1986. He was a member of the Holliston Auxiliary Police, Mt. Hollis Masonic Lodge, Holliston Historical Society, and other local groups. In 1996, he and Joan retired to St. Petersburg, Florida. They spend the winter months there and the summer months, at their summer camp in Acton, Maine. ‏(2002)‏
