| Shared Note: - Janet Cassidy was born at what was known as Medford Hillside Hospital in Cambridge, Mass. She was 16 or 17 when her mother died in childbirth of a baby boy. She was told by her stepmother, Jenny Nickles, at about age 17 to leave the hous e, that she would have to make her own way in life. She went to Washington, D.C. with her older sister, Fay, who was married to Al Boar. She became a model at the Modem Pricalla in D.C. She later (before Sept. 24, 1924) returned to Boston where she worked as a maid or child attendant for the Nightingales on Livermore Reddish. Janet is buried in St. Mary's Cemetary, Needham, Mass.
