GULFPORT --- Beverly Lorraine Angel, 78, died Saturday, July 6, 2002, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Angel was born in Napa, California and was a homemaker and an excellent cook and seamstress. She was a member of Bayou View Baptist Church in Gulfport. Through a long, extended illness, she displayed tremendous Christian faith and was a tower of strength. This has inspired her family and friends who have benefited from her counsel and advice.
Mrs. Angel is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Dr. Charles A. Angel of Gulfport; son David Holleman; son Mike Holleman of Baton Rouge; son Tim Holleman and his wife Lisa of Gulfport; son Dean Holleman and his wife Laurie of Gulfport; daughter Diane Holleman Kiser and her husband, Mitch of Gulfport; daughter Pamela Angel Hill of Lower Lake, Ca.; daughter Amy Angel and her husband, Michael Martin of Gulfport; daughter Mary Angel Miller and her husband Joel Sweat of West Chester, Pa.; sister Dolores Boisvert, Penn Valley, Ca.; grandchildren Chris Holleman and Sarah Gant Holleman, Dean Holleman, Hollis Holleman, Addie Holleman, Matthew Holleman, and Boyce Holleman; and a precious companion, "Bitsey".
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2002, at Bayou View Baptist Church in Gulfport where friends may call one hour before service time. Entombment will follow funeral services at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum in Gulfport.
